Mindfulness Consciousness & Awareness 13th -15th July
We're very excited about running our first ever Mindfulness Consciousness & Awareness Workshop . In this unusual workshop, unique to CityZen Mindfulness Trainings, we'll be focusing on our awarenes and consciousness itself. Why do this? To experience peace, wholeness, expansion and timelessness within ourselves.
Moving Meditation of Prajna Akashagarbha 18th July + dates tba
This is a profound moving meditation for wisdom, prosperity and healing. Like other forms of Hanmi Meditation, it was a closely guarded secret in China for over 1000 years. Utilising 16 movement sequences, mantra and visualisations, Prajna Akashagarbha is holistic, powerful and deep reaching. This is the method with which the Master Akashagarbha woke up (became enlightened).
Fateh is one of only a handful of teachers in Europe with permission to teach this dharma. He will be teaching an introduction to Prajna Akashagarbha (as a prelude to the full teaching) at Alexandria Healing Centre (NW13) on Thurs 18th July at 7pm.

Kundalini Yoga for Chronic Fatigue
This is a specialist 2-3 day training offered only at CityZen
For KY teachers it carries 8 CEU points towards continuing professional development.
2013 dates: Sat 21, Sat 28 September & Sat 30 November
This curriculum is for students who wish to use a range of KY tools in a modality that is approachable by individuals who are chronically fatigued, house-bound or bed-bound as a result of stress, dis-ease or dis-ability. It will inform the students' personal and teaching yoga practice and enable him/her to deliver a Kundalini Yoga class that is adapted to a range of limitations given by fatigue, these may be mobility, stamina or concentration. Regular Buddhist Meditation Group
Following some Esoteric Meditation sessions via Meet Up, there has been a request for a regular Buddhist Meditation Group. The emphasis of the group would be to practise Buddhist meditation methods. There would be no requirement to become Buddhist! Please contact Fateh and register your interest in if you want this to go ahead.
